QUALITY DRY WHITE WINE
Bogdanuša 2022 is a varietal wine made from a single grape variety of the same name, native to Hvar Island, where it has been grown since ancient times and was valued for its excellent and stable fertility and slightly higher acidity.
It produces light and delicate wines characterized by fresh and floral aroma. It is planted on the red soil which intensifies the freshness. Besides producing wine on its own, it is often vinified together with other white varieties.
It is quite light in alcohol (approx. 12.0-12.5% vol.) making it an easier drinking style wine, perfect choice for everyday consumption. The name of the wine stands for "God given’’. In the past, wine from Bogdanuša was only served and drunk at certain special occasions and places, such as church ceremonies and palaces.

QUALITY DRY WHITE WINE
The wine Beleca ("divota") was obtained by an innovative blending of two Dalmatian white varieties, pošip and bogdanuša, in a ratio of 50:50.
Originally from Korčula, pošip has found its home all over Dalmatia and has recently flourished as one of the most acclaimed Croatian white varieties. It produces full-bodied wines with powerful aromas, which are therefore traditionally combined with lighter varieties.
Bogdanuša is an autochthonous variety from Hvar with distinct freshness and floral aromas. It is most often planted on a blackthorn tree, which gives it additional refreshing acids - which is why it perfectly resists the rash.
In this synergy, each of the varieties gives its best: a burst of power, a rich body and more moderate acids, and the typical varietal aromas of apricot, peach (stone fruit) and minerality, while bogdanusha has more delicate floral aromas and freshness.
The result is a characteristically southern, but also fluffy wine with a lower percentage of alcohol (about 12.5%), which makes it an ideal choice for daily consumption and all similar occasions that require lighter wines. The name of the wine in the dialect means beauty (ital. bellezza).

TOP DRY WHITE WINE
Pošip is a premium dry varietal wine, produced from the autochthonous Dalmatian Pošip variety of the same name.
Vino Pošip uz svježinu nudi i kompleksnije arome zrelijeg južnjačkog voća, zaokružene odležavanjem u hrastovim bačvama. Pošip je jedna od rijetkih sorti za koju je potvrđeno da je dalmatinskog, točnije korčulanskog podrijetla.
Pošip je moćno vino punijeg tijela, ali izbalansiran lijepim kiselinama tj. svježinom. Specifične sortne arome pošipa: marelice i drugo koštunjićavo voće, kao i svježi citrusi i mediteranske biljke (smilje, eterično bilje), nadopunjene su odležavanjem dijela vina u novim hrastovim bačvama.
Oko 30% vina provodi 6 mjeseci u novim francuskim (Garbelloto, Seguin Moreau) i jednoj slavonskoj (Golub) barrique bačvi, a tijekom tog vremena odležava i na finim kvascima (sur-lie) čime dobiva punije tijelo i specifične note (tost, brioši, asocijacija na šampanjac).
