LIQUOR - CAROB - SAGE
The liqueur was created by macerating dry carob fruits and dry sage leaves in wine distillate.
Carob is an evergreen Mediterranean tree that produces abundant brown edible pods. It is interesting that carob pods contain seeds that, regardless of size and storage conditions, always have the same mass of exactly 0.18 grams. This is why in ancient times carob seeds were used to weigh gold, and that name for the unit of gold of 0.18 grams has remained in vogue even today - carat. Sage has been known for 4,000 years as a miraculous plant that cures many diseases. The ancient Roman scientist and writer named her Salvia from the Latin verb salvum, which means to save - thus: savior.
It is served well chilled, and is an ideal accompaniment to various desserts as a drink or as an addition to cake creams.

LIKER - CHERRY
Euforija višnja is another top product of the Tomić winery. It was created by combining extracts of the autochthonous Dalmatian variety of marasca cherry in wine distillate.
The cultivation of marasca in Dalmatia has a tradition longer than 500 years, and compared to other cherry varieties, marasca is smaller and more tart, therefore particularly suitable for the production of spirits. The nobility called this liqueur "the king of all liqueurs". It has a sweet and rich taste, based on the aromas of ripe cherries, and we recommend enjoying it well chilled. It is an ideal accompaniment to various desserts, or as an addition to cake creams.
