QUALITY DRY ROSE WINE
Opolo Nobile is a pink or rosé wine, produced from Plavac mali grapes.
It is produced using the technology of swelling after 6 hours, the maceration is minimal, which gives a very delicate pink color, similar to Provençal rosé wines.
The aroma is sparkling (young wine) and fruity, dominated by aromas of red fruit (raspberries, strawberries), floral notes and light saltiness on the palate.
It is on the border of a dry and semi-dry wine, which gives it fullness balanced by acidity.
It is drunk as a one-year-old wine, ideally up to 10 months of age.
